Returns and Refunds :

Keeping the convenience of customers and HomeSoul family, we are sorry and glad at the same time to inform you that the products once purchased won’t be eligible for returns or refunds, we can just exchange them for you.

You have 7 calender days to exchange any product from the date you received it.

Diwali products- They are non-returnable, non-refundable and can only be exchanged if received in damaged condition or if main functions are not performing well.

Health Care Products- They are non-returnable, non-refundable and can only be exchanged if received damaged or if main functions are not performing well.

Exceptions(some of our products cannot be exchanged)-

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in original packaging.

You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you. We will immediately notify you on the status of exchange after inspecting the item.
